The din rises to a deafening roar, peaking out to a climax, silence
An opaque aura emanating a ring so faint in the distance
It focuses down to a point of light
Then every direction comes crashing down
A flash and it's gone, sinking in every direction
A fucking nightmare like never before
Eyes glisten, burn, snap wide
Screams pour from mouth like fluids from a whore
Dry heave, spine cracks, bile flows
The deepest corner of humanity's imagination, a sight to behold
Imagery flowing in and out of lines and vague shapes
Neurons twitch, a sizzle of heat
Atrocities painted across our minds as the world turns silently
From what dreams are our dreams created if not reality?
Spilling across the perception of vision from eyes sewn wide shut
Disgusting abhorrent thoughts emanating from deep within
Are they just merely subjective impressions
Dreams are just dreams, a nightmare
Our waking nightmares will soon become the fucking truth consuming everything
Step out onto the edge and begin to fall down
A feeling like never before
This world is a living nightmare, I cannot begin to believe
Contemplation is all that we have left
Consternation, sophistication, is this the aesthetics of our dreams?
A beauty never before comprehended by our feeble minds
The beauty of everything that we have ever believed of ourselves in this current reality
The aesthetics of our dreams are our waking nightmares
